Donna Radl is a Psychotherapist and EMDR-trained clinician offering individual counseling in-person and online, to treat most anxiety disorders. Maureen Vita is a certified EMDR clinician. Maureen is certified in Flash Technique (an abbreviated form of EMDR therapy). Maureen is a Board-Certified Art Therapist, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Maureen's EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification is with EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and she has been using EMDR therapy with clients since 2017. Maureen specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues related to serious medical diagnosis and treatment.

Paul Gushurst graduated Phi Betta Kappa from the University of Mary Washington with a BS in Psychology and from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master’s degree in Social Work. He is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience working with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and their families. He also has over 7 years experience working with adults and seniors who are dealing with many of the common mental health issues including: major depression, general anxiety, bipolar, OCD, grief and loss, PTSD, and schizophrenia.
Heidi Byers is a compassionate and highly skilled therapist, specializing in couples counseling. Through her expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Heidi tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs. With warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of the pain-points associated with past traumas, she gently guides individuals through exploring and releasing the emotional burdens they carry.
